眩晕宁片合用阿司匹林治疗短暂性脑缺血发作性眩晕的临床观察

目的研究眩晕宁片合用阿司匹林治疗频发的短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）的临床效果。方法将66例频发的TIA患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服眩晕宁片3片,3次/d,合用阿司匹林100 mg,每日1次,对照组口服阿司匹林100 mg,每日1次。观察其临床疗效及血液流变学指标。结果治疗组患者临床速控率（68.4%）明显优于对照组（28.6%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组与对照组治疗后血液流变学指标比较：血浆黏度、全血比黏度（高切）、纤维蛋白原,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）,全血比黏度（低切）差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论眩晕宁片联合阿司匹林治疗频发的TIA有显著疗效。

Clinical observation on the treatment of transient ischemic attack with Xuanyunning Pian and Aspirin

Objective To approach on the clinical effects of the treatment of frequently recurrent transient ischemic attack(TIA) with Xuanyunning Pian.Methods 66 patients with frequently recurrent TIA were assigned into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Xuanyunning Pian,3 tablets,3 times each day,combined with Aspirin 100 mg,once a day;the control group was treated with Aspirin 100 mg,once a day.Then the clinical effects and the hemorheology were evaluated.Results The clinical rate of speed control(68.4%) of treatment group was markedly better than that of the other one(28.6%),while there was statistical significance in hemorheology compared with that of before treatment(P < 0.05).The differences of blood rheology in plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity(high shear),fibrinogen between the treatment group and the control group after treatment were statistically significant(P < 0.01).The difference of whole blood viscosity(low shear) was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The differences of blood rheology before and after treatment in the treatment group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Xuanyunning Pian combined with Aspirin has remarkable curative effect in treating frequent TIA.
