应用利普刀治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效观察

目的探讨利普刀治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法随机将160例慢性宫颈炎患者分为两组,80例（对照组）行微波治疗,80例（观察组）行利普刀治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组及对照组的手术时间分别为（7.21±3.75）min、（13.58±4.33）min,两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;术中出血量分别为（6.21±2.03）mL、（11.76±1.95）mL,两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治愈率分别为96.25%、90.00%,两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论利普刀治疗慢性宫颈炎疗效显著,治愈率高,且可缩短患者手术时间,减少术中出血量。

Clinical effect of LEEP in the treatment of chronic cervicitis

Objective To investigate clinical effect of LEEP in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods 160 cases of chronic cervicitis patients were divided into two groups,80 cases of patients in the control group were administered with microwave treatment,80 cases of patients in the observation group were administered with LEEP,the clinical effect of two groups was compared.Results The operative time of the observation group and control group was(7.21±3.75) min and(13.58±4.33) min respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Blood loss was(6.21±2.03) mL and(11.76±1.95) mL respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Cure rates were 96.25% and 90.00% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion LEEP in the treatment of chronic cervicitis has significant effect,and high cure rate,which can reduce the operative time and blood loss.
