黄芪注射液联合低分子肝素钙治疗糖尿病肾病性水肿的疗效分析

目的探讨采用黄芪注射液联合低分子肝素钙治疗糖尿病肾病性水肿的疗效,以供临床参考。方法将我院2009年1月～2010年12月收治的120例糖尿病肾病性水肿患者分为Ⅰ组（53例）和Ⅱ组（67例）。Ⅰ组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予黄芪注射液治疗,Ⅱ组在Ⅰ组治疗基础上加用低分子肝素钙治疗,比较两组患者治疗2周后水肿消失情况、24 h尿量、尿蛋白,并将结果进行统计学分析。结果Ⅱ组患者水肿消失情况明显优于Ⅰ组患者（χ2=8.31,P〈0.01）,患者24 h尿量增多,蛋白尿减少,与Ⅰ组患者比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用黄芪注射液联合低分子肝素钙治疗糖尿病肾病性水肿具有很好的疗效,值得在临床推广使用。

Clinical analysis of Astragalus Injection combined with Low Molecular Heparin Calcium in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy edema

Objective To explore the effect of Astragalus Injection combined with Low Molecular Heparin Calcium in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy edema for clinical reference.Methods 120 patients with diabetic nephropathy edema who lived in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2010 were selected and randomly divided into group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ.The patients in group Ⅰ were given not noly Astragalus but also conventional treatment.The treatment of group Ⅱ was based on the group Ⅰ,and the patients of group Ⅱ were given Low Molecular Heparin Calcium.Edema disappeared,24-hour urine output and urinary protein of two groups after two weeks of treatment were compared,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results Edema disappearance of patients in group Ⅱ were significantly better than the patients of group Ⅰ(χ2=8.31,P<0.01),patients 24-hour urine output increased,proteinuria were decreased,compared with group Ⅰ,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Astragalus Injection combined with Low Molecular Heparin Calcium in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy edema has a good effect,it is worth in clinical use.
