摘    要:目的考察不同贮藏条件对对桃仁饮片酸败度及苦杏仁苷含量的影响,为进一步开展桃仁贮藏养护方法的研究奠定基础。方法以不同贮藏条件分组贮存桃仁药材2年,每隔4或6个月检查各组桃仁饮片酸败度,并测定苦杏仁苷含量。结果在两年贮藏期间,随着贮藏时间的推移,各贮藏条件下,桃仁饮片的酸值和羰基值均呈现上升趋势,而苦杏仁苷含量呈现明显的下降趋势。以真空包装或低温条件下贮藏的桃仁饮片其酸败程度较轻,苦杏仁苷含量较为稳定。结论根据酸败度及苦杏仁苷含量变化规律,桃仁饮片宜以真空包装,在低温条件下贮藏。

Abstract:Objective To study the rancidity and amygdatin content of Persicae semen in different storage conditions,so as to lay a firm foundation for the futher research on storage method of Persicae semen.Methods Persicae semen were storaged in diferent condition for two years.Rancidities and amygdatin contents in Persicae semen were tested every four or six months in the storing period.Results The acid value and arbonyl group value of Persicae semen which had storaged in diffrent conditions were all rising and the amgydalin contents were all falling as time went by for two years.The rancidity change of Persicae semen with vacuum package or in the low temperature was less influenced and the amgydalin content was more stable.Conclusion Persicae semen should be stored at low temperature with vacuum package according the change rule of rancidity and amgydalin content.
