64层CT血管造影在冠状动脉瘤诊治中的应用价值

目的探讨64层CT血管造影(CTA)在冠状动脉瘤诊治中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析6例经冠状动脉造影(CAG)证实的冠状动脉瘤患者的64层CT血管造影及临床资料。结果 6例患者64层CT血管造影均可见冠状动脉瘤,呈圆形或不规则形,其中1例位于LAD与LAD2分叉部,1例位于LAD与LCX分叉部,3例位于LAD近段,1例位于RCA远段;4例并有钙化斑块,2例并有混合斑块,相应冠状动脉均可见狭窄改变。结论 64层CT血管造影是一种无创、快速、准确的诊断方法,可部分取代冠状动脉造影而成为诊断冠状动脉瘤的主要方法,对冠状动脉瘤患者治疗方案的制定有着重要意义。

The Value of 64 Multi-slice Spiral CT Angiography in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Coronary Artery Aneurysms

0bjective To explore the value of 64 multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery aneurysms.Methods The information of 64 multi-slice spiral CT angiography and clinical data were retrospectively analysised in six patients with coronary artery aneurysms which were proved by coronary angiography.Results Coronary artery aneurysm was shown by 64 multi-slice spiral CT angiography in every patient,and the appearances of coronary artery aneurysms were displayed in circular,irregularity,etc.Coronary artery aneurysm of 1 case was located in furcation of LAD and LAD2,1 case:in furcation of LAD and LCX,3 cases:in proximum segment of LAD,1 case:in distally segment.There was calcified plaque in 4 cases,and mixed plaque in 2 cases,and corresponding coronary arterys were discovered stegnosis.Conclusion 64 multi-slice spiral CT angiography is a safe,rapid and accurate diagnose method,and it is the main means in diagnosis coronary artery aneurysms and could substitute for the coronary artery angiography partially,it has important significance for treatment plan in patients with coronary artery aneurysm.
