急性心肌梗死血小板活化及超微结构变化的研究

摘    要:目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者血小板活化程度及超微结构的变化。方法选取2010年5月~2011年5月我院心血管内科住院的急性心肌梗死患者32例为观察组,同期健康体检者为对照组,采用流式细胞术以及电子显微镜进行血小板活化标志物以及超微结构检测。结果急性心肌梗死患者治疗前后血小板活化程度较正常人高,急性心肌梗死治疗前CD62P、CD63、CD41、PAC-1表达率较治疗后及对照组明显升高,行PCI治疗后4项指标仍高于对照组,与对照组比较,急性心肌梗死患者血小板体积增大,治疗2周后血小板体积增大情况有所改善。结论血小板活化及超微结构在急性心肌梗死患者中变化明显,可作为急性心肌梗死患者治疗及预后的动态监测指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the degree of platelet activation and ultrastructural changes in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 32 AMI patients from May 2010 to May 2011 in department of cardiology of our hospital were selected as observation group,32 volunteers were selected as control group at the same time,flow cytometry and electron microscopy were used for platelet activation markers and ultrastructural detection.Results Before and after treatment in patients with acute myocardial infarction,the platelet activation were higher than normal,and after treatment,the CD62P,CD63,CD41,PAC-1 expression were significantly higher than that before treatment.and in the control group;underwent PCI after treatment 4 indicators were still higher than those of the control group;compared with the control group,the platelet volume increased for AMI patients and improved after 2 weeks treatment.Conclusion The platelet activation and ultrastructural findings in AMI patients have changed markedly,and they can be considered as the dynamic monitoring indicators as in AMI patients.
