| 摘 要： | 目的探讨MRI原发性胆囊癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的28例原发性胆囊癌的MRI平扫及动态增强扫描完整影像资料与B超表现。结果 MRI诊断原发性胆囊癌20例,B超诊断原发性胆囊癌18例,诊断正确率分别为71.4%和64.2%,二者无显著差异。MRI和B超结合诊断原发性胆囊癌共23例,诊断正确率上升到85.7%,具有统计学意义。结论 MRI平扫及动态增强扫描结合B超对诊断原发性胆囊癌可显著提高诊断正确率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigating the value of MRI and ultrasound in the diagnosis of primary carcinoma of gallbladder.Methods Retrospective analysis the data of MRI plain scanning and enhanced scanning and ultrasound performance of the 28 cases of pathologically proven primary carcinoma of gallbladder.Results 20 cases were diagnosed by MRI,18 cases were diagnosed by ultrasound,the accuracy diagnostic rate are 71.4% and 64.2% no significant differences.Conbined MRI and ultrasound,the accuracy diagnostic rate of primary carcinoma of gallbladder is 85.7%,there is statistically significant differences.Conclusion The conbination of MRI plain scanning and enhanced scanning and ultrasound is a effective way to increase the accuracy diagnostic rate of primary carcinoma of gallbladder. |
