多层螺旋CT在诊断肺动静脉畸形中的价值

摘    要:目的评价多层螺旋CT扫描在肺动静脉畸形诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析11例PAVMs患者的临床和影像学资料。采用16层螺旋CT扫描仪,增强后分两期扫描,延迟时间分别为7-9s和21-23s。图像后处理工作站进行血管重建,重建方法包括MPR、VR、MIP。结果全部病例均清楚的显示了瘤体形态、大小、走向及供血动脉、引流静脉,能够对肺动静脉畸形做出明确诊断。结论瘤样扩张的血管囊腔与其相连的供血动脉和引流静脉血管成为PAVMs的基本构筑。螺旋CT扫描和三维重建是诊断PAVMs理想和无创伤的影像检查方法。

Value of the MSCT in the Diagnosis of Pulmonary Arteriovenous Malformations

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic values of spiral computed tomography in pulmonary arteriovenous malformations(PAVMs).Methods 11 patients with PVAMs were retrospectively reviewed.The CT angiography was performed using a 16-slice computed tomography scanner.After administering contrast medium,elay scan time was 7-9 and 21-23s.Imaging of pulmonary vessels were performed at post-process workstation,including MPR,MIP and VR constructions.Results The supplying artery and draining veins of the pulmonary arteriovenous malformations were clearly displayed by construction process of MSCT.Conclusion The tumor-like dilatation of the vascular sac cavity connected with the feeding artery and drainage venous was the basic structure of PAVMs.The spiral CT scan and the dimensional reconstruction are the ideal and noninvasive imaging examination methods for the diagnosis of PAVMs.
