胃镜下云南白药联合埃索美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血疗效观察

目的观察胃镜下云南白药联合埃索美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血疗效。方法 85例患者均经胃镜确诊为消化性溃疡并出血,随机分为2组,治疗组45例胃镜下云南白药喷洒及静脉应用埃索美拉唑治疗。对照组40例仅予静脉应用埃索美拉唑治疗及常规对症治疗。结果治疗组中,显效24例,有效止血18例,3例无效。对照组中,显效15例,有效止血15例,10例无效,两组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论胃镜下云南白药联合静脉埃索美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血效果好,值得临床推广。

Effect of endoscopic Yunnanbaiyao combined with esomeprazole treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding

Objective To observe endoscopic Yunnanbaiyao combined with esomeprazole treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods 85 cases of peptic ulcer patients were diagnosed by endoscopy and bleeding who they were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group were treated with endoscopic Yunnanbaiyao spray esomeprazole intravenous,control group were treated with only esomeprazole and conventional treatment.Results The treatment group of which 24 cases markedly effective,effective hemostasis in 18 cases,3 were invalid.Control group of which 15 cases were markedly effective,effective hemostasis in 15 cases,10 were invalid,comparison was statistically significant.Conclusion Endoscopic Yunnanbaiyao combined with intravenous esomeprazole is better treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding,worthy of promotion.
