中药汤剂配合功能锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者通过内服六味地黄汤加减并配合腰背肌肉锻炼的临床治疗效果。方法将入院治疗的380例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组190例采用常规的保守治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上,第2天开始进行＂五点式＂腰背肌锻炼加内服六味地黄汤加减,并随访记录治疗后3个月、6个月、1年的疗效评分。结果两组治疗3个月后的总有效率对比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;在治疗6个月、1年后,观察组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者通过内服六味地黄汤加减并配合腰背肌肉锻炼在临床治疗上可明显降低其复发率。

Clinical observation on traditional Chinese medicine combined with the function of exercise therapy in the treatment of prolapsed of the lumbar intervertebral disci

Objective To explore the clinical treatment effect of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with the waist muscle exercise in the treatment of prolapsed of the lumbar intervertebral disci.Methods 380 patients with prolapsed of the lumbar intervertebral disci were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 190 cases.Patients in control group were treated by conventional conservative treatment,patients of observation group were given "Five point"waist muscle exercise and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction in the second day based on the conventional conservative treatment,the scores of clinical effect of two groups were followed up and recorded after 3 months,6 months and 1 year.Results There was no significant difference on the comparing of the total effective rate of two groups after 3 months treatment(P > 0.05);the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment for 6 months and 1 year(P < 0.05).Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with the waist muscle exercise in the treatment of patients with prolapsed of the lumbar intervertebral disci can obviously reduce the recurrence rate.
