| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定橘红痰咳液中柚皮苷含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法色谱柱：Phenomenex-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相：甲醇-醋酸-水（38.0∶0.5∶62.0）;检测波长：283 nm;流速：1.0 mL/min;柱温：40℃。结果柚皮苷在89.6～896.0μg之间,线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）,加样回收率为98.25%,RSD=1.43%（n=6）。结论该方法操作简便、准确,具有很好的重现性和稳定性,可以用于橘红痰咳液的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the method for determination of Naringin in Juhongtanke Oral Solution by HPLC.Methods The column employed was Phenomenex-C18 Column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);the mobile phase was methanol-acetic acid-water(38.0∶0.5∶62.0);the detection wave length was seted at 283 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was 40℃.Results The linear range of Naringin was 89.6-896.0 μg(r=0.999 9),the mean recovery was 98.25%,RSD=1.43%(n=6).Conclusion This method is simple,rapid and accurate with good reproducibility.It is suitable for the quality control of Juhongtanke Oral Solution. |
