乳腺癌手术中应用可吸收止血纱布140例临床研究

目的 观察泰绫在乳腺癌术后的止血效果、减少引流量及对拔管时间的影响.方法 将140例准备接受乳腺癌改良根治术的患者,随机均分成泰绫组和对照组,各70例,根据分组,术中分别给予泰绫及空白对照.记录术后1、2、3d内的引流量、拔管时间及总的引流量.结果 泰绫组及对照组术后1、2、3d内的引流量及引流液红细胞计数差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组总的引流量及拔管时间差别也具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 泰绫在乳腺癌手术中及术后具有较好的止血效果,可防止淋巴漏发生,减少了术后切口创面渗血、皮下积液并发症的发生.

Clinical study of the effect of hemostasis material in breast cancer modified radical mastectomy

Objective To determine the effect of hemostasis material in hemostasis,reducing fluid volume and time of removing drainage after modified radical mastectomy.Methods 140 patients receiving modified radical mastectomy were randomly divided into hemostasis material group and control group.Each group included 70 patients.Patients in hemostasis material group were given hemostasis material,while those in control group were given nothing.The volume and red blood cell count of drainage fluid were observed after operation.Besides,total volume and time of removing drainage were recorded until removing drainage.Results The volume and red blood cell count of drainage fluid in the Tailing group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences of total volume and time of removing drainage between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Tailing plays an important role in hemostasis,and reduces the accumulative liquid of subcutaneous.
