三峡库区农村居民中移民人群血脂异常患病率调查

目的了解三峡库区农村居民中移民人群血脂异常的流行病学特征,为农村移民的慢性病防治工作提供依据。方法采用多级整群抽样的方法,对9 865名年龄在35~74岁的农村居民进行进行入户调查和血脂水平检测,分析其血脂异常分布情况及相关危险因素。结果调查人群中血脂异常的总患病率为28.32%,标化患病率为28.08%;移民人群的血脂异常患病率为30.22%,非移民人群为27.85%;移民人群的总血脂异常患病率和45~64岁年龄段的血脂异常患病率均明显高于非移民人群（均P〈0.05）。血脂异常影响因素分析表明,饮食、体力活动、超重和肥胖因素与血脂异常的发生有关（P〈0.05）。结论三峡库区农村居民中移民人群的血脂异常患病率较高,应加强对农村移民血脂异常相关疾病的监测和控制。

Investigation of prevalence rate of dyslipidemia among immigrant population of rural residents in three gorges reservoir area

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of dyslipidemia among the immigrant population of rural residents in three gorges reservoir area,in order to provide basis for the prevention and control of chronic diseases for rural immigrants.Methods The multi-stage cluster sampling method was used.9 865 rural residents aged 35 to 74 years old received the household survey and the blood lipids level test,and then the distribution of dyslipidemia and related risk factors were analyzed.Results Among the surveyed population,the overall prevalence rate of dyslipidemia was 28.32% and the standardized prevalence rate was 28.08%.The prevalence rate of dyslipidemia was 30.22% among the immigrant population and 27.85% among the non-immigrants.The overall prevalence rate of dyslipidemia and the prevalence rate of dyslipidemia in the 45-64 age group of the immigrant population were significantly higher than those of the non-immigrant population(all P < 0.05).Influencing factor analysis of dyslipidemia showed that diet,physical activity,overweight,obesity and other factors were related to the occurrence of dyslipidemia(P < 0.05).Conclusion The immigrant population of rural residents in three gorges reservoir area has a higher prevalence rate of dyslipidemia,and the monitoring and control of dyslipidemia associated diseases of the rural immigrants should be strengthened.
