中药注射剂不良反应81例分析

目的了解中药注射剂不良反应的发生情况,为临床中药注射剂合理应用提供参考依据。方法对我院2010年1月~2011年6月中药注射剂引起的不良反应81例进行统计和分析。结果 81例药品不良反应报告中,中老年患者（≥40岁）发生不良反应率高,占77.8%;不良反应的临床表现以皮肤及附件损害最多,其次为全身性损害;用药后6~60 min不良反应率高,占79.0%。结论应合理使用中药注射剂,对容易引起不良反应的高危药物、高危患者、高危时间段重点观察,避免不良反应的发生,减少患者痛苦。

Analysis of 81 cases of traditional Chinese medicine injection adverse reac-tion

Objective To explore the occurrence of adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine injection,in order to provide reference for clinical proper application.Methods 81 cases of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) which were induced by traditional Chinese medicinal injections in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 81 cases of ADRs reports,the incidence rate of ADR was higher in middle-aged and elderly patients(≥ 40 years old) than other age patients,which was accounted for 77.8%.The clinical expression of ADR was showed mostly on skin and appendix harms,and systemic damage was followed.The time of ADR incidence was high from 5 to 60 min,which was accounted for 79.0%.Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicinal injections should be rational,and focus on the high-risk drugs,high-risk patients,high-risk time which can cause ADR,in order to avoid the occurrence of ADRs,reduce the pain of patients.
