参芎胶囊辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床观察

目的观察参芎胶囊治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取我院2008年5月～2011年5月收治的80例充血性心力衰竭患者,随机将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规抗心衰治疗,治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上加服参芎胶囊4粒,每日3次。两组患者均持续治疗3周,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组显效21例,有效13例,总有效率为85.0%;对照组显效15例,有效11例,总有效率为65.0%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗后左室射血分数（LVEF）、主动脉血流加速度（AVR）、舒张早期与舒张晚期充盈速度比例（E/A）各项指标均较治疗前有所改善,而治疗组较对照组改善明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论参芎胶囊辅助治疗充血性心力衰竭可以显著提高临床治疗效果,改善患者心功能状态,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical observation on Shenxiong Capsules in adjuvant treatment of chronic heart failure

Objective To observe the clinical effect on Shenxiong Capsules in adjuvant treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods 80 cases with chronic heart failure in our hospital from May 2008 to May 2011 were selected and randomly divided into 40 cases of treatment group and 40 cases of control group.Further,patients in the control group were given conventional therapy,but others in the treatment group were added Shenxiong Capsules(4 grains three times a day) on the basis of conventional therapy.Both courses of treatment lasted for 3 weeks.The therapy effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 85.0%(13 cases were markedly improved and 21 cases were effective),which was only 65.0% in the control group(11 cases were markedly improved and 15 cases were effective),the difference was significant(P<0.05);LVEF,AVR and E/A increased significantly after treatment in the treatment group than those of control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenxiong Capsules are quite effective in improving the treatment of chronic heart failure,which are worth further promoted.
