经阴道二维及三维超声对子宫内膜息肉的联合诊断价值

目的探讨经阴道二维联合三维超声对子宫内膜息肉的诊断价值。方法选择2010年1月～2011年5月收治于我院的264例异常子宫出血患者,分别行经阴道二维超声、二维联合三维超声检查,并与病理学检查结果对照比较。结果二维超声检查与病理学诊断结果符合率为86.7%,二维联合三维超声检查与病理学诊断结果符合率为98.5%。后者诊断子宫内膜息肉结果的真实性显著优于前者（P〈0.05）。结论经阴道二维联合三维超声可以更加准确地诊断子宫内膜息肉,提高其诊断率。

Value of 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound for combined diagnosis of endometrial polyps

Objective To study the value of 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound for the combined diagnosis of endometrial polyps.Methods 264 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2010 to May 2011 were selected to receive 2-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound or combined 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional ultrasound examination.The results were compared to the pathological examination results.Results The coincidence rate between 2-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound examination results and pathological examination results was 86.7% and that between combined 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional ultrasound examination results and pathological examination results was 98.5%.The latter examination was superior to the former one in the authenticity of endometrial polyps diagnosis results(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound can diagnose endometrial polyps more accurately and improve the diagnosis rate.
