| 摘 要： | 目的探讨个性化护理干预对下肢骨折患者术后疼痛的影响。方法将298例骨科手术患者随机分为个性化护理组（实验组）和常规护理组（对照组）,每组各149例。两组均接受常规的治疗和护理,实验组同时增加个性化护理干预。观察比较两组患者术后疼痛、睡眠、活动等情况。结果术后3 d实验组患者的疼痛评分、疼痛认知程度、睡眠质量及身体恢复情况均优于对照组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论个性化护理明显减轻了患者的术后疼痛,改善患者睡眠质量,提高其生活质量,促进患者的康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the infulence of personalized nursing intervention on postoperative pain of patients with lower limb fractures.Methods 298 cases of orthopedic operation were randomly divided into the personalized nursing group(experiment group) and routine nursing group(control group),every group had 149 cases.Both groups received routine therapy and nursing care.Moreover,experiment group was given personalize nursing intervention.Contrast observation was implemented on postoperative pain,sleep,activity of the two groups of patients.Results 3 days after operation in the experiment group,pain score,pain perception,sleep quality and physical recovery were better than that in the control group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Conclusion The personalized nursing can significantly alleviate postoperative pain,improve the quality of sleep and life,and promote the recovery of patients. |
