彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断价值

摘    要:目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓的价值。方法对83例下肢深静脉血栓病例进行二维及彩色血流显像(CDFI)观察,以明确血栓的类型、部位、栓塞程度及侧支循环等情况。结果血栓发生在左下肢53例,右下肢18例,双下肢12例;急性血栓45例,亚急性血栓27例,慢性血栓11例;血栓发生在髂静脉4例,股静脉24例,腘静脉13例,小腿深静脉20例,整个下肢深静脉22例;急性期完全性栓塞32例,部分性栓塞或经治疗后再通61例。结论彩色多普勒超声具有无创伤、无禁忌证、可重复性,能及时准确诊断血栓形成,是诊断下肢深静脉血栓的首选影像学诊断方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs.Methods 83 cases of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs were observed by two-dimensional ultrasonic image and CDFI,then the type and location of thrombus,embolization degree and collateral circulation were defined.Results Cases of thrombosis in the left lower limb,right lower limb,lower limbs were 53 cases,18 cases and 12 cases respectively.Acute thrombosis,subacute thrombosis,chronic thrombosis were 45 cases,27 cases,11 cases respectively.Thrombosis occurs in iliac vein,femoral vein,popliteal veins,crus deep vein,the whole varicose veins were 4 cases,24 cases,13 cases,20 cases,22 cases respectively.Acute period completeness embolism and partial embolization or recanalization after therapy were 32 cases and 61 cases respectively.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has the characteristics of non-invasion,no contraindication,repeatability,and can diagnose thrombosis timely and accurately,it is the first method for diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs.
