减数第一恒磨牙矫正成人开畸形5例临床分析

目的探讨拔除第一恒磨牙矫正成人开畸形的可行性和矫治效果。方法收集5例拔除第一恒磨牙矫治成人开（）畸形病例,男1例,女4例,年龄18～25岁。5例均为拔除上、下4颗第一恒磨牙,全部病例采用0.022〞直丝弓矫治技术。常规粘接托槽,放置合适弓丝,排齐整平牙列,滑动法关闭拔牙间隙,调整咬合关系。结果 5例均达到良好矫治效果,上下牙排列整齐,前牙覆覆盖正常,拔牙间隙完全关闭,后牙咬合关系良好。结论拔除第一恒磨牙矫治成人开畸形,既能保留更多的健康牙,又能达到良好的矫治效果,是可行的临床治疗方案。

First molar extraction in open bite of adult:An analysis of 5 consecutive cases

Objective To study the feasibility and orthodontic effect of decayed first molar extraction in open bite of adult.Methods 5 cases with first molar extraction in open bite of adult were chosen for this study.These were 1 male and 4 females,aging from 18 to 25 years.All patients were treated with extraction of four first molars.All patients were treated with 0.022〞straightwire appliance.The procedure included bonding brackets,putting arch wire,leveling dentition,closing extraction space and adjusting occlusal relationships routinely.Results When treatment finished,all patients gained satisfactory results,all the teeth lined up in order,anterior teeth gained correct overbite and overjet,molar space was completely closed,occlusion was perfect.Conclusion The treatment of decayed first molar extraction in open bite of adult could retain more healthy teeth,gain satisfactory orthodontic results.
