书画治疗对精神分裂症住院患者生活质量影响的研究

目的:探讨书画治疗对精神分裂症住院患者的生活质量的影响。方法:将精神分裂症住院患者分成书画治疗组和常规精神科治疗组,分别为24例和42例。书画治疗组除精神科常规治疗外给予8周书画治疗,用GQO-LI-74评定两组患者的生活质量。结果:经书画治疗8周后,患者在除住房、社区服务、生活环境和经济状况外的其他16个因子分、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能三个维度分和总分上,均明显高于书画治疗前(P<0.01);在8周后与常规精神科治疗组比较,除住房、社区服务、生活环境、经济状况4个因子分及物质生活状态维度分外,其他各项得分均高于常规治疗组(P<0.01)。结论:书画治疗有利于精神分裂症住院患者的生活质量的提高。

Study on Quality of Life of Schizophrenic Inpatients with Painting and Drawing Therapy

Objective To explore the influence of quality of life for schizophrenic inpatients with painting and drawing therapy.Methods 68 schizophrenic inpatients were divided into 2 groups as painting and drawing therapy group and control group. All patients were administered by GQOLI-74 before treatment. 24 patients in painting and drawing therapy group were accept painting and drawing therapy and antipsychotic drugs treatment. 42 patients in control only use antipsychotic drugs. After 8 weeks, all patients were measured by GQOLI-74 again.Results The results showed the scores of 16 of 20 factors (except factor 1 to 4) and 3 dimensions in painting and drawing therapy group increased very significantly after 8 week's treatment(P<0.01). The scores of 17 of 20 factors (except factor 1, factor 2 and factor 4) and 3 dimensions in painting and drawing therapy group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Painting and drawing therapy is more useful for the quality of life of schizophrenic inpatients.
