| 摘 要： | 采用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、氢核磁共振谱、碳核磁共振谱、质谱、热重和差热分析、粉末X-射线衍射、比旋度、液-质联用等方法研究了瑞格列奈的化学结构,并对所得图谱和数据进行解析,结果与文献一致.

| Abstract: | The element analysis, IR, UV, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, MS, TG, DSC, X-ray powder diffraction, a]D andHPLC-MS were used for determination of the chemical constituent and configuration of repaglinide. The pattern and datacan be explained. The results showed that the chemical structure of repaglinide accorded with the data of S-( )-isomerreported in literature. |
