高敏性C反应蛋白与冠心病相关性分析

目的:评价高敏性C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与冠心病的(CHD)关系。方法:2006年1月至2007年6月我院心内科收治稳定型心绞痛(SAP)、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)、急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者共346例,以及正常体检人员48例。发病24小时内测量hs-CRP血清浓度,随访患者0-30d的心脏事件发生率。结果:不同临床类型冠心病hs-CRP浓度与正常对照组比较有显著性差异(p<0.01),不同临床类型冠心病hs-CRP浓度也有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论:hs-CRP不仅参与冠心病的发生与发展,且其血清浓度越高,临床情况越重,预后越差,心脏事件发生率越高。

The Relationship between High SenSitivity C-reactive Protein and Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To evaluate the relationship between C-reative protein(CRP)and coronary heart disease(CHD)and its cardiac events.Methods:The date of 336 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP)unstable angina pectoris(USAP)or acute myocardial infarction(AMI)from Januray 2006 to June 2007 were collected and compared with 48 normal persons for physical examination.The relation of blood serum density of CRP in 24-hours from onset and incidence of heart event fol- lowed up 30 days was evaluated.Results:Compared with nor- mal control group,the expressions of CRP in different clinical type of CHD were significant differences(p<0.01),and ex- pressions of CRP among different clinical type were also signifi- cant differences(p<0.05).Conclusion:CRP may play an im- portant role in generation of CHD,and the high level of CRP can lead to severe clinical situation,bad prognosis and high inci- dence of heart events.
