心电图正常的冠心病心绞痛患者临床分析

目的探讨常规心电图正常的冠心病心绞痛患者临床特点。方法对93例冠心病心绞痛患者按常规心电图检查正常与否分A,B两组,并进行对比分析。结果两组一般情况对比无明显差异,但冠脉造影结果明显不同。A组2支血管病变多见,B组单支血管病变多见(P<0.05)。A组多支病变的部位有相互对应特征。结论常规心电图正常的冠心病心绞痛患者,冠脉病变亦较严重,多支病变多见。血管病变部位相互对应,使心电图正常化。因此对临床上有心绞痛而心电图正常的患者,应尽早行冠脉造影,明确诊断,及时治疗。

Clinical analysis in patients with coronary artery disease and normal resting electrocardiogram

Objective To study the clinical features of patients with coronary artery diseases (CAD) and normal resting electrocardiogram (ECG). Methods 93 patients with CAD were divided into two groups,ECG was normal (A group ) and abnormal (B group ).The characters of two groups were compared. Results The general characters of two groups were similar,but the coronary angiographic features were not same.2 vessel diseases were more in A group.Single vessel disease was more in B group( P<0.05 =.The features of lesions were at the opposite side of each vessel. Conclusion For patients with CAD and normal resting ECG,the coronary vessel diseases were not only serious,but also multi-vessel diseases.The lesions of found at the opposite side of each vessel.Therefor,for patients with angina pectoris but normal ECG should had the coronary angiography,detined diagnosis and optimal therapy.
