心理支持疗法对不同焦虑水平病人手术应激反应的影响

目的 :探讨围手术期心理支持疗法 (PPST )对不同焦虑水平病人手术应激反应的影响。方法 :42例腹部手术病人 ,依焦虑程度分为高、中、低焦虑 3组 ,每组再分为PPST组和对照组。术终统计分析每组的血流动力学改变和应激反应激素改变情况。结果 :高度与低度焦虑组中对照组的血流动力学指标和应激激素改变明显高于PPST组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,中度焦虑组改变无显著性。结论 :PPST可通过调整心理紧张度和焦虑水平提高病人的手术适应性 ,减轻手术应激反应

Influences of Psychological Support Therapy on Surgical Stress Reactions of Patients With Different Anxiety Levels

Objective: to probe into the influence of psychological support therapy of peri-operative period on surgical stress reaction in patients with different anxiety levels. Method: a total of 42 cases would-be undergoing abdomen surgery were divided into high, medium, and low three groups according to their anxiety level. Each group was further divided into both perioperative psychological support therapy (PPST) group and control group. Changes of both hemodynamical indexes and stress hormones of all patients were detected after their operation and statistically analyzed. Result: changes of both hemodynamical indexes and stress hormones of control group patients with high or low anxiety level were significantly higher than that of PPST group patients (P<0.05). However, patients with medium anxiety level, there was no statistical significance between control group and PPST group in terms of changes of both hemodynamical indexes and stress hormones. Conclusion: PPST may adjust psychological tension and lower anxiety level of preoperativepatients.It could enhance adaptability for surgery and reduce excessive surgical stress reaction of patients.
