肠梗阻的CT诊断价值探讨（附25例报告）

目的探讨肠梗阻CT表现及CT检查的临床价值。方法回顾分析经手术病理和临床随访证实的肠梗阻25例。结果小肠梗阻13例，结肠梗阻8例，大小肠同时梗阻4例。其中胆囊结石一十二指肠瘘1例，肠套叠3例，小肠淋巴瘤3例，小肠异物1例，粘连性肠梗阻2例，绞窄性肠梗阻3例，结肠癌8例，克隆氏病2例，小肠平滑肌瘤2例。结论CT检查在获取影像信息方面明显优于X线腹部平片和钡餐检查，能较好地显示肠梗阻部位及梗阻性质，为临床治疗提供可靠的客观依据。

The diagnostic value of CT on intestinal obstruction(report of 25 cases)

Objective To study CT features and clinical significance of CT inspection of intestinal obstruction. Methods 25 cases of intestinal obstruction with surgical pathology or clinical follow-up confirmation were analyzed retrospectively. Results In all 25 cases, obstruction located in small intestinal in 13 cases, located in colon in 8 cases, located both in small intestinal and colon simultaneously in 4 cases. Gallstone ileus in duodenum occurred in 1 case, and the other obstructions caused by intussusception （3 cases）, lymphoma （3 cases）, small intestine foreign matter （1 cases）, strangulated intestinal obstruction （3 cases）, adhesive intestinal obstruction （2 cases）, crohn＂ s disease （2 cases）, leiomysarcoma of intestines（2 cases）, colon cancer （8 cases）. Conclusion CT inspection obviously surpasses to X-ray in gaining the imaging information. The location and character of the intestinal obstruction can be well demonstrated, and reliable objective evidence for clinical treatment can be provided by CT.
