| 摘 要： | 支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是以多种炎症基因表达增加或异常表达为特征的疾病.RNA干扰技术是一种转录后水平的基因沉默技术,广泛用于肿瘤、传染病等疾病治疗的研究中.近年RNA干扰技术在哮喘的发病机制以及基因治疗中也有广泛的应用.本文就RNA干扰在哮喘研究中的应用作一综述.

| Abstract: | Bronchial asthma (asthma) is a disease that variety of inflammatory gene expression increases or abnormal expressed. RNA interference technology is a post-transcriptional gene silencing technology and widely used in the study of oncology,infectious diseases. In recent years, RNA interference technology also widely used in the study of pathogenesis of asthma, as well as gene therapy. This paper made a overview about the application of RNA interference used in the studies of asthma. |
