护士心理健康与应对方式及角色认知的相关性分析

目的调查护士心理健康与应对方式及角色认知三者之间的相关性。方法采取方便抽样方法，运用症状自评量表，简易应对方式量表和角色认知量表对733名护士进行问卷调查。结果护理人员在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、敌对因子得分较高；不同年龄护理人员的积极应对高于消极应对维度得分（P〈0．01）；角色（3．19±0．68）分。SCL-90得分与积极应对呈负相关，与消极应对呈正相关；与角色认知呈负相关。结论护士心理健康与应对方式及角色认知具有密切相关性。

The correlations between coping styles, role recognition and mental health

Objective To investigate the correlations between mental health and coping style as well as role recognition among nurses. Method Totally 733 nurses were recruited by convenience sampling method and were investigated with Symptom Checklist - 90 （ SCL - 90）, Simplified Coping Styles Questionnaire and Role Recognition Scale. Results The factor scores of somatization,obsessive symptom,interpersonal relationship sensitivity,depression and hostility among nurses were higher. The factor score of positive coping was significantly higher than that of passive coping（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The score of role recognition was （3.19 ± 0.68 ）. The score of SCL -90 was negatively correlated with positive coping and role cognition, while positively correlated with negative coping. Conclusion There are close correlations between mental health and coping styles as well as role recognition.
