野外暗光静脉输液风险管理的效果分析

目的运用风险管理理论,探讨适合野战条件下暗光静脉输液风险管理模式。方法在野外暗光环境下,分组组织护士进行训练并考核,干预组采用风险管理流程。结果干预组在输液用物准备是否齐全、一次穿刺成功、排气成功、针头固定情况和违反无菌操作人次与对照组比较,存在显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论以消除系统缺陷为策略,制定风险防范干预点,发挥风险控制组在风险管理中作用,强化护士风险防范意识和技能培训,优化野外暗光下操作规程,最终实现安全输液治疗目的。

Risk Management Effects of Dark Field Intravenous Infusion

Objective To discuss the risk management mode of intravenous infusion under field conditions with low light.Methods The nurses were divided into two groups to train and assess.The intervention group were adopted the risk management process.Results There was significant difference between two groups.Intervention group was significant different in materials preparation,one time successful puncture,exhaust success,needle cases and violations of aseptic fixed times with the control group.Conclusions As a strategy to eliminate system defects,we must make risk prevention intervention point,pay much importance to risk management,intensify the risk prevention awareness and strengthen the skills of nurses training,optimize operating procedures,so as to ultimately achieve the safety of transfusion treatment.
