| 摘 要： | 目的：研究小儿皮肤溃疡保守治疗的最佳方案。方法：分析了７３例小儿皮肤溃疡发病特点，探讨了三种保守治疗方法的效果。结果：小儿的病理、生理特点决定了保守承其修复中的首要地位。ＥＭＢＯ治疗组愈合时间较两对照组均明显缩短（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论：ＭＥＢＯ可作为小儿皮肤溃疡保守治疗的外用药。

| Abstract: | Objective Toexplore the best scheme for conservative treatment of pediatric skin ulcer. Method 73cases of pediatric skin ulcer were analyzed, the therapeutic effect of three treatmentschemes were evaluated. Results Conservative treatment is very important in curingpediatric skin ulcer, because children have their own pathological and physiologicalcharacteristics. The curing time of MEBO treating group is much shorter than the other twogroups (P<0.05). Conclusion MEBO is an ideal drug for treating pediatric skin ulcer. |
