| 摘 要： | 为了解十堰地区军团病占成人肺炎的比例,我们用间接免疫荧光试验(IFA),检测41例临床现症肺炎病人双份血清LP-抗体。LP-抗体滴度呈4倍增长14例(34.15％),滴度呈4倍增长并达到及超过1:128者7例(17.07％),参考美国疾病控制中心(CDC)对军团病的诊断标准,军团病在本次调查的肺炎病人中所占比例为17.07％。病后3～8周内抗体滴度上升4倍至1:128例数最多,可初步认为在此时间内进行第二份血清学检查较为合适。

| Abstract: | In order to find out Legionellosis proportion in patients with pneumonia in Shiyan area, we examined 41 pneumonia cases with paired sera for LP-antibody by IFA, of which LP-antibody titer rose 4-fold (34.15 %) in 14, and the dame titer rose 4-fold and reached or surpassed 1:128 (17.07 %) in 7. Referring to the U.S.A. serological diagnostic criteria for Legionellosis, it was found that Legionellosis proportion of adults with pneumonia accounted for 17.07 % in the present investigation, and that the cases whose LP-antibody titer rose 4-fold and amounted to 1:128 contituted the largest percentage among thecases examined during 3-8 week of pneumonia. From the foregoing we preliminarily consider that it is suitable for the second serological examination at this time. |
