| 摘 要： | 妊娠高血压综合征视网膜病变是妊娠高血压综合征的眼部并发症,其病因及发病机制尚未阐明.随着对视网膜病变的深入研究,逐渐发现脉络膜病变在其发病中有重要作用.本文对妊高征视网膜病变流行病学特征、病因、发病机制、临床表现、诊断、治疗和预后等进行综述.

| Abstract: | Pregnancy-induced hypertension retinopathy is an ocular complication of pregnancy-induced hypertension.The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease remains unclear.With the in-depth study of the retinopathy,researchers gradually find that choroidopathy plays an important role in the pathogenesis.In this review,we analyzed the pregnancy-induced hypertension retinopathy,and provided characteristics of its epidemiology,etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestation,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis. |
