| 摘 要： | 18岁以下儿童青光眼存在房角关闭的发生率较低.本文依照世界青光眼学会联合会分类系统介绍了可能发生房角关闭的儿童青光眼类型、发生机制、治疗概况,特别是对原发性先天性青光眼、晶状体异位、白内障术后青光眼、早产儿视网膜病变相关青光眼等常见类型进行了较为详尽的综述.有助于临床医生更为系统地了解房角关闭在儿童青光眼中的发生情况及其对治疗方案选择的意义.

| Abstract: | The incidence of angle closure in glaucoma of children under 18 years of age is usually very low.According to the classification system presented by the World Federation of Glaucoma Association,this article analysed types of children glaucoma that angle closure are possible to happen and introduced the mechanism,treatment,especially with common types such as primary congenital glaucoma,ectopic lentis,glaucoma after cataract surgery,glaucoma related with retinopathy of prematurity were discussed.It is important to help clinical doctors to comprehend of the angle closure in children glaucoma and its guiding significance on treatment options. |
