用 X线平片和 CT检查诊断肋骨骨折的临床对比分析

目的：分析肋骨骨折（rib fracture ，RF）诊断时采用CT扫描和X线平片诊断的结果。方法选取本院2014年6月—2015年6月间收治的62例确诊为RF患者，分别采用X线和C T扫描方式予以诊断，判断2种方式的确诊率和错诊率。结果患者骨折情况均以最终手术诊断结果为准，62例患者肋骨骨折93处，X线组确诊率为79．57％（74例），错诊率为18．28％（17例）；C T组相应数据依次为94．62％（88例），错误率为4．30％（4例），两组数据对比差异显著 P＜0．05。结论在RF患者临床诊断时采用CT扫描方式，可提升骨折检出率，降低误诊的情况，值得普及使用。

A comparative analysis of X-ray plain film vs CT scan in the diagnosis of rib f racture

Objective To analyze the results of CT scan and X‐ray plain film in the diagnosis of rib fractures (RF) .Methods A total of 62 confirmed RF cases treated during June 2014 and June 2015 were enrolled .The pa‐tients were diagnosed either by CT scan or X‐ray plain film .The detection rate and misdiagnosis rate of the two ap‐proaches were analyzed .Results The RFs were finally confirmed with surgical results .The 62 patients had 93 RFs .The detection and misdiagnosis rates of X‐ray were 79 .57% (74 cases) and 18 .28% (17 cases) ,respectively , while those of CT scan were 94 .62% (88 cases) ,and 4 .30% (4 cases) .There was statistical difference between the two approaches (P<0 .05) .Conclusions CT scan can improve the detection rate and reduce misdiagnosis rate of RF .It is worth popularizing .
