| 摘 要： | 异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)后患者的免疫重建与其移植结果密切相关.移植后B淋巴细胞重建是allo-HSCT后患者机体主动免疫重建的重要组成部分.移植物来源及组成、预处理方案、移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)的发生及其治疗均可影响allo-HSCT后患者的B淋巴细胞重建,而allo-HSCT后B淋巴细胞及其亚群的快速重建可降低GVHD的发生率.笔者就影响allo-HSCT后B淋巴细胞重建的因素及B淋巴细胞重建对移植结果的影响作一综述.

| Abstract: | The clinical outcome after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT)is closely related to the status of immune reconstitution.B lymphocyte reconstitution is one of the main part of the active immune reconstitution after allo-HSCT.The source and component of graft,conditioning regimen,graft-versus-host disease(GVHD) and its treatment are main factors affecting B lymphocyte reconstitution.On the other hand,rapid B lymphocyte reconstitution after allo-HSCT can reduce the occurrence of GVHD.Here the authors review B lymphocyte reconstitution and its influencing factors after allo-HSCT. |
