2005-2014年庆阳市盐碘监测结果分析

目的：全面、准确地评价庆阳市居民食用盐加碘状况，确保普及碘盐的有效措施落实。方法严格按照《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》《甘肃省碘盐监测方案》要求进行。结果2005—2014年全市居民户监测碘盐23328份，合格22912份，合格率98．22％；不合格364份，不合格率1．56％；非碘盐52份，非碘率0．23％，碘盐覆盖率99．77％，碘盐合格率98．44％，合格碘盐食用率98．22％；批发层次监测8640份，合格率为100％。结论庆阳市碘盐普及供应较好，盐业市场监督部门工作责任心强，达到了国家实现消除碘缺乏病目标，但仍有非碘盐存在，还需加强监管和健康教育，巩固防治成果，保障全民安全食用合格碘盐。

Outcome analysis of salt iodine monitoring in Qingyang in 2005-2014

Objective Overall and the accurate evaluation of Qingyang city residents iodized salt ,to ensure the implementation of effective measures to popularize iodized salt .Methods Based on the“National IDD Surveillance Project” ,“ Gansu province Iodized Salt Monitoring Program ” .Results From 2005 to 2014 ,monitoring the city's household iodized 23 328 copies ,22 912 copies of qualified ,qualified rate of 98 .22% ,364 failed ,the failure rate of 1.56% ,52 copies of non iodized salt ,non iodine rate 0 .23% ,99 .77% coverage rate of iodized salt ,iodized salt quali‐fied rate was 98 .44% ,the rate of qualified iodized salt 98 .22% ;the wholesale level monitoring 8 640 ,qualified rate 100% .Conclusion The iodized salt supply in the Qingyang City has great level and reached the national implemen‐tation of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders based on the market supervision department 's strong responsibility . But the market supervision department should strength the supervision and improve health education in order to con‐solidate control results ,safeguard national security of qualified iodized salt ,for the noniodized salt is still exists .
