| 摘 要： | 目的：通过常规监测，掌握宁陕县大骨节病区7～12岁儿童大骨节病患病情况，评估大骨节病综合防治效果。方法按照《陕西省大骨节病监测方案》，对全县6个大骨节病区7～12岁儿童进行临床及X线检查。结果2004—2014年，全县6个病区7～12岁儿童大骨节病平均检出率为0．34％。2004年大骨节病检出率为3．33％；2005年为3.33％；2006年为0．66％；2007年为0．95％；2012、2014年未检出大骨节病患者，宁陕县大骨节病患病率呈逐年下降趋势。结论宁陕县大骨节病防治已达到国家消除标准。

Analysis of monitoring results of KBD among children aged 7-12 in Ningshan County 2004-2014 |

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the effects of integrated control of Kaschin‐Beck disease (KBD) among chil‐dren aged 7‐12 years in Ningshan County .Methods According to“Shanxi Province KBD Monitoring Program”,all KBD children aged 7‐12 years received clinical and X‐ray examinations .Results During 2004 and 2014 ,the average detection rate of KBD was 0 .34% .From 2004 to 2007 ,the detection rate was 3 .33% ,3 .33% ,0.66% ,and 0 .95% .In 2012 and 2014 ,no KBD cases were detected .The incidence of KBD in Ningshan County showed a declining trend . Conclusions Ningshan County has reached the national criteria for elimination of KBD . |
