摘    要:硫磺熏蒸是传统的中药材产地加工方法,可杀虫防霉,有利于贮藏。由于成本低廉,且可漂白增色,近年来硫熏中药材呈过度蔓延之势,成为了社会关注的热点,国家接连出台政策遏制硫熏的过度使用。本文以硫熏对中药材品质影响为出发点,从性状、化学成分、重金属、微量元素、药理作用等方面的变化进行分析,并简要介绍硫熏替代技术的研究进展,为硫熏中药材的规范使用、政策法规制定、替代技术研究等提供可靠的依据。

Effects of sulfur fumigation on the quality of Chinese medicinal herbs and the alternative technologies:research advances
Abstract:Sulfur fumigation is a traditional processing method in Chinese herbal medicine,with the effects of being insecti?cide and mildew proof and conducive to storage. Because of the low cost and the convenience in operation,sulfur fumigation has been abused in post harvest handling of herbs in recent years. In this paper,we discuss the effects of sulfur fumigation on the quality of Chi?nese herbal medicine,including the characteristics,chemical composition,heavy metals,trace elements and pharmacological activi?ties,and summarize the progress in several alternative technologies for sulfur fumigation,so as to provide a reliable basis for regula?tions and further research on sulfur fumigation and its alternative technologies.
