| 摘 要： | 年轻女性中乳腺癌呈现高发趋势,由于独特的生物学特点,对于年轻患者需合理选择适 合保乳人群,全身化疗需充分考虑患者生育要求,内分泌药物治疗联合卵巢去势可进一步提高疗效,同时增加适合靶向治疗患者的比例.

| Abstract: | The incidence rate of young women with breast cancer is increasing.Because of distinct biological characteristics of breast cancer in young patients,it is reasonable to identify who is the best one for breast-conserving surgery.Patients with systemic chemotherapy should be fully considered about fertility requirements.In addition,endocrine therapy combined with ovarian function inhibition can improve the effect,meanwhile,there should increase the proportion of patients with targeted therapy. |
