| 摘 要： | 雄激素性脱发（ androgenic alopecia ， AGA ）是常见的脱发类型，研究显示与遗传相关，是一种激素依赖的、多种基因和环境因素共同作用的遗传性疾病。目前致病机制的研究主要集中于雄激素及雄激素受体。此外，一些遗传易感基因和易感位点也证实与该病有关。

A review of genetic researches of and rogenic alopcia |

| Abstract: | Androgenic alopecia ( AGA ) is a common type of hair loss .Studies have shown that this alopecia is associated with genetic factor .AGA is a genetic disease depending on hormone levels , multiple genes and environmental factors .Current researches of its pathogenic mechanism focus on andro-gen and androgen receptors .In addition , some susceptibility genes and single nucleotide polymorphisms are also confirmed related to AGA . |
