| 摘 要： | 多囊卵巢综合征患者中约有50％的体重指数≥25 kg/m2.肥胖引起的代谢综合征与多囊卵巢综合征互为危险因素.代谢手术在肥胖、代谢综合征的治疗中取得较高疗效,提示代谢手术可能对多囊卵巢综合征患者的治疗带来益处.本文就代谢手术治疗多囊卵巢综合征的机制及治疗现状展开综述.

| Abstract: | Approximately 50％ of patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome correlated with Body Mass Index ≥ 25 kg/m2.Obesity-associated metabolic syndrome and polycystic ovarian syndrome are risk factors for each other.The metabolic surgery in the treatment of obesity and metabolic syndrome has high curative effect,which means that metabolic surgery may bring the benefits to the treatment of patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome.This paper is a literature review on the effect and mechanism of metabolic. |
