通用型血浆的研究进展

血浆是临床医疗救治过程中不可或缺的血液制品之一,但其在临床输注中仍可能引起多种输血传播性疾病及输血不良反应发生.通用型血浆是将A、B、AB、O型血浆按照一定的比例混合制备的血浆,其可降低抗A、抗B效价,达到适用于ABO各血型患者的治疗目的.使用血浆病毒灭活方法处理通用型血浆,可提高其生物学和免疫学安全性,降低发生输血传播性疾病和输血不良反应的风险.同时,通用型血浆作为一种批量生产的标准化产品,又能达到精准输血的治疗效果.笔者就近年通用型血浆的研究进展进行综述.

Research progress of universal plasma

Plasma was an indispensable blood products in saving lives,but the transfusion related infectious diseases and adverse transfusion reaction could not be avoided during the clinical application of plasma.Universal plasma was prepared by pooling type A,B,AB and O plasma together in order to decrease the titers of the A and B antibodies,which was available for the patients with different ABO blood types.The biosecurity and immune safety of the universal plasma were improved after inactivation of virus,which could reduce the risk of transfusion related infections diseases and adversse transfusion reaction.Universal plasma as standardize products would achieve the result of accurate blood transfusion.This article reviews the research progress on the development and prospect of universal plasma.
