摘    要:环氧化酶-2是催化花生四烯酸合成前列腺素的限速酶,其与炎症、疼痛和肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,尤其在消化道肿瘤防治方面发挥重要作用.COX-2与消化道肿瘤发生、发展的可能机制主要表现在其能够促进消化道肿瘤细胞增殖,抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡,促进肿瘤血管生成,促进肿瘤细胞多药耐药性,抑制免疫等方面.COX-2抑制剂对消化道肿瘤的防治提供了新的思路和方法.环氧化酶-2与消化道肿瘤关系密切,现将该领域研究现状作一综述.

Research progress of Cyclooxygenase-2 and digestive tract tumors
Abstract:Cyclooxygenase-2 is the rate limiting enzyme in the synthesis of prostaglandin from peanut four.It is closely related with inflammation,pain and tumor development,and plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal cancer.COX-2 and digestive tract cancer,the possible mechanism of mainly in its ability to promote digestive tract tumor cell proliferation,inhibition of apoptosis of tumor cells,promote tumor angiogenesis,promote the multi drug resistance of tumor cells,immune suppression.COX-2 inhibitors provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of digestive tract tumors.The relationship between Cyclooxygenase-2 and digestive tract tumor is closely related,and the research status in this field is reviewed in this paper.
