| 摘 要： | 目的探讨培菲康辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法60例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组,在常规治疗下,治疗组加用培菲康口服,每次0.5g,每日2次,连续5d为1疗程;对照组予一般常规治疗。结果治疗组胆红素下降高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论培菲康用于新生儿高胆红素血症,可降低胆红素水平,降低胆红素脑病发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinic efficacy of Bifico in treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinenia.Method The60cases in-patients of neonatal hyperbilirubinemic were divided into two group:treatment group and control group.On base of the rugular therapy in treatment group,Bifico were administered,orally0.5g bid for days.The patients in the control group received reg-ular therapy.Results Bilirubin level of treatment group show higher decline than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion With Bifico in treating neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,Bilirubin level could be lowered,the patients with neonatal hyperbilirubinnia have fewer chance to get neonatal hyperbilirubinemia encephalopathy. |
