摘    要:目的探讨将IS09000质量管理体系中不合格项目纳入日常护理质量控制的方法和效果。方法建立长期的护理质量管理体系,保证护理质量和持续改进目标;将实施IS09000质量管理体系中的不合格项目管理应用于日常护理质量控制中;通过制定护理质量检查标准,完善检查方法,制定并应用日常检查不合格项目报告单,控制护理质量问题的出现。结果将不合格项目纳入日常护理质量控制后,护理质量问题逐年减少。结论将不合格项目纳入日常护理质量控制后,建立了日常护理质量控制的长效机制,加强了重点护理质量问题的管理和持续改进,完善了护理质量管理体系,促使护理管理者查找护理管理制度的缺陷,增强了护理人员的质量意识和竞争意识。

Abstract:objective To explore the methods of routine quality control of unqualified items based on ISO9000 Quality Mangaement System.Method A long-term nursing quality management system was established to guarantee high-quality nursing continually.Based on ISO9000 Quality Management System,the quality control of unqualified items was integrated with the routine work.The following measures were carried out to control the problems,such as establishing quality control standards,improving the methods of inspection,and designing the reporting sheet of unqualified items.Results This prac- tice reduced the unqualified items in nursing quality control.Conclusions A long-term quality control system has been established through taking quali- ty control of unqualified items in routine work,which improved the quality control system,prompted the nursing managers to find out defects in quality man- agement system,strengthened nurses' consiousness of quality and competition.
