心理行为干预对戒毒者心理障碍的矫治效果

目的:探讨心理行为干预对戒毒者心理障碍的矫治效果。方法:对30例戒毒者(观察组)进行为期3个月的综合性心理行为干预治疗,与未使用综合性心理行为干预治疗的30例戒毒者(对照组)进行比较;采用抑郁自评量表(SDS),焦虑自评量表,住院病人护士观察量表(NOSIE)及症状自评定量表(SCL-90)进行效果评定。结果:观察组经综合干预治疗后抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、住院病人护士观察量表及症状自评量表各因子分值的改变均明显优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:综合性心理行为干预治疗能够改善戒毒者的负性情绪和其他心理障碍症状,提高心理健康水平,保持操守,对预防脱毒后复吸有一定的意义。

EFFECT OF SYSTEMIC PSYCHO -BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY FOR MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS OF DRUG ABUSERS UNDER DETOXIFICATION

Objective: To explore intervention methods about improving mental health problems of drug abusers under detoxification. Methods: Thirty patients under detoxification were treated by systemic psycho-behavioral therapy for 3 months,and another 30 patients treated as control. Self -Rating Depression Scale(SDS), Self -Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), Nurses Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation(NOSIE) and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) were used to evaluate all the patients. Results: All the scores evaluated with different tools in the intervention group were improved as compared with those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Systemic psychotherapy is an effective method of intervention, which can improve anxiety-depression emotion,physical and mental health, ABSTinence and other unhealthy disorders of drug abusers under treatment.
