肝脏疾病研究进展

近十年来肝病领域的最大进展为针对各种肝病的病因治疗。病毒性肝病的抗病毒治疗是近年肝病领域的热点，但同时也应重视非病毒性肝病特别是非酒精性脂肪性肝病、自身免疫性肝病、胆汁淤积性肝病、药物性肝损伤、肝纤维化和肝硬化的诊断和治疗。早期诊断和治疗可显著延缓疾病进展，防止肝硬化和肝癌的发生，改善患者的生存期和生活质量。阐明肝病的发病机制有助于探寻潜在的特异性治疗靶点。

Advances in Studies on Liver Diseases

The major progress in the studies of liver diseases in last decade was the emergence of etiological treatment in various liver diseases. Antiviral therapy has become the current hot topic in hepatic viral diseases, at the same time, diagnosis and treatment of non-viral liver diseases such as nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, autoimmune liver disease, cholestatic liver disease, drug-induced liver injury, liver fibrosis and cirrhosis have also received much attention. Early diagnosis and treatment can attenuate the progression of disease, prevent the formation of liver cirrhosis and hepatic cancer, and can improve patients＇ survival and quality of life. Elucidation of pathogenesis may help the finding of potential specific therapeutic targets of liver diseases.
