脑血管病患者血浆神经肽Y和神经降压素浓度的测定及意义研究

目的　研究脑血管病患者在缺血和出血状态下,血浆神经肽Y(NPY)和神经降压素(NT)含量与脑血管病的关系。方法　用放射免疫方法测定脑血管病患者缺血、出血状态下NPY和NT含量。结果　出血性脑血管病患者血浆神经肽Y较对照组有显著提高。缺血性脑血管病患者血浆神经肽Y较对照组无显著差异。脑出血患者的血浆NT含量较正常对照组显著升高,脑梗死患者的血浆NT含量较正常对照组显著降低。结论　出血性脑血管病患者血浆神经肽Y和NT均升高且随病情的好转而降低。缺血性脑血管病患者血浆NT含量降低,且随病情的好转而升高,与血浆神经肽Y无关。

Study on the plasma NPY and NT contents of patients with cerbrovascular diseases

Objective To study the relationship between NPY and NT contents of patients with cerebrovascular diseases under ischemic as well as hemorrhagic states.Methods NPY and NT contents in plasma were determined by radioimmunological technology in patients with cerebrovascular diseases.Results NPY contents in plasma of patients with hemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases was significantly higher than that in control group.NPY contents in plasma of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases was no significantly different with that in control group.NT contents in plasma of patients with hemorrhagic cerebrovascular discases was evidently higher than that in control group.NT contents in plasma of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases was significantly lower that in control group.Conclusion NPY and NT contents in plasma of patients with hemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases tend to law with improvement of patients status.NT contents in plasma of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases is significantly lower than that in control group.As well as the NT contents tend to improve with the improvement of patients status.
