慢性糜烂性胃炎中医辨证与幽门螺杆菌感染相关性分析

目的：分析慢性糜烂性胃炎中医辨证与幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染的关系。方法：收集160例符合标准的患者进行中医辨证分型、虚实辨证,并与Hp感染的相关性进行分析。结果：慢性糜烂性胃炎实证（肝胃不和型、脾胃湿热型、胃络瘀血型）（62.50%）多见,明显高于虚证（脾胃虚弱型、胃阴不足型）（37.50%）（P〈0.05）。虚证之Hp感染率明显高于实证（P〈0.05）。结论：慢性糜烂性胃炎中实证所占比例高于虚证,两证均与Hp感染密切相关,且虚证Hp感染率更高。

Study on the Relationship Between TCM Syndrome Differentiation of Erosive Gastritis and Infection of Helicobacter Pylori

Objective: It is to study the relationship between TCM syndrome differentiation of erosive gastritis(EG) and infection of Helicobacter pylori(Hp).Methods:160 patients were diagnosed erosive gastritis by gastroscope.The syndromes of them were analyzed.According to differentiation of common syndromes,160 patients were divided into 5 TCM syndrome-types.The infection of Hp in the 5 TCM syndrome-types was observed at the same time.Results: There was significant difference between deficiency syndrome of erosive gastritis and excess syndrome of that(P< 0.05).The proportion of excess syndrome(62.50%)was more than that of deficiency syndrome(37.50%).The positive rate of Hp was 96.67% in deficiency syndrome and was larger than that in excess syndrome(P< 0.05).Conclusion: The proportion of excess syndrome of EG is more than that of deficiency syndrome of EG.Both excess syndrome of EG and deficiency syndrome of EG is related to the infection of Hp.The positive rate of Hp in deficiency syndrome of EG is larger than that in in excess syndrome.
