| 摘 要： | 通过对大鼠异丙肾上腺素性心肌梗塞的常规心电图检测和组织病理学检查的对比研究发现,心电图上出现 Q 波的导联数和Ⅱ导联 J/R 比值以及各导联 J/R 比值之和均与梗塞范围的镜下 Rona's 计分呈正直线相关(r=0.67～0.86)。因此,认为在异丙肾上腺素所致大鼠心肌梗塞的梗塞范围定量方面常规的心电图监视可以替代复杂的组织病理学检查。

| Abstract: | We found that the numbers of leads exhibitting Q wave,J/R rtio of I lead and the total of J/R ratio of all leads(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,avF,T_(1_7)) was positively related to Rona's microscopic scores of infarct sized(r=0.76,0.73, 0.67,p<0.01).So it is thought that the complicate histopathological method can be replaced by routine electrocardiogram record,in aspect of estimation of infarct size of isoproterenol-induced myocardial infarction in the rat. |
