| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨膝关节骨性关节炎患者关节疼痛与临床辨证分型的关系。方法:随机选择4个年龄段患者共60例,按中医辨证分型进行分组:寒湿阻络型组、湿热阻络型组、瘀血阻络型组、肝肾两虚型组、混合型组;比较各组患者的关节疼痛评分。结果:寒湿阻络型组、湿热阻络型组、瘀血阻络型组及肝肾两虚型组之间关节疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);混合型组分别与寒湿阻络型组、湿热阻络型组、肝肾两虚型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);混合型组与瘀血阻络型组比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:混合型患者的膝关节疼痛程度高于寒湿阻络型、湿热阻络型、肝肾两虚型患者。
